Community Impact Organization Coaching and Capacity Building Initiative

CIO has received a round of funding to launch the second phase of the CIO Non-Profit Coaching and Capacity Building Initiative.  In phase one, 10 non-profit leaders received 100% grant funded executive coaching to expand their leadership skills with a focus of enabling the leader to build greater capacity in their organizations.

The new funding for phase two will allow:  10 additional leaders to receive 100% grant funded executive leadership coaching and consulting - (with no funding match required!)  As an expansion of phase one, phase two cohorts will also receive:

- Access to educational podcasts,

- Email and phone access to their executive coach,

- Additional group coaching,   

This is a highly competitive process to obtain one of these seats.  Complete and compelling applications are required to be considered.   Access Application Here

Additional funding will be available for 30 additional leaders to participate, however, these additional participants will be required to provide a match to any grant money dedicated to their services.  Access Application Here

Smaller organizations with dedicated and passionate leaders will receive the higher grant funding percentages.

Why will only 10 cohorts receive 100% funded services?

Prior to phase one, we did a test and found that cohorts with "skin in the game" or an invested interest performed better and had less "no shows, no participation."  We committed to our funder that we would focus on the biggest need and thus the 10 who receive 100% funded services will be fully vetted.  All participants must agree to a pre and post survey for grant reporting purposes.

More funding is on the way!  As a non-profit, we want to help as many non-profits grow and fulfill their missions to serve others.  Our CEO and team are passionate about helping others!  We are not coming to you and telling you to buy from us.  We are securing funding to provide full or partial scholarships to help "you and your" organization grow.

It is important that you, as and individual leader, and your organization grow.  Sometimes that happens on a different path!  We get that!  20% of our cohorts eventually moved on to different non-profit leadership positions that fit their personal goals.  100% of the organizations were able to build capacity and grow.  WIN-WIN.
